Pursuant to section 3.59 of the LuSE Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Copperbelt Energy Corporation PLC (“CEC” or the “Company”) wishes to announce the retirement of Mr Hastings Mtine as Director with effect from 31st August 2025. He joined the Board of CEC on 17th October 2022.

The Board wishes to express appreciation to Mr Mtine for his commitment and valuable service to the Company during his tenure as Director. CEC wishes Mr Mtine well in his future endeavours.
